Booking conditions
- A deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay is required to confirm a booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit. If no deposit is received within 10 days, the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled.
- In the event of the booking being cancelled at any time by the visitor the deposit will be refunded only if the room is re let for the period covered by the original booking. Costs necessarily incurred in re letting the room will be payable by the visitor.
- We cannot be held responsible for loss caused by factors out side our control, such as disruption to timetables, or ferry cancellation as a result of strike action, mechanical breakdown or adverse weather conditions. We recommend that travel insurance be purchased to cover such eventuality.
- We regret we are only able to process credit cards via PayPal. The balance of payment is required at time of departure, and may be made in cash, sterling cheque with bankers card, cheque in euro drawn on a French bank or euro denominated travellers checks. Full banking facilities and bank machines are located close by
- Check in time is 16:00 (4 p.m.) Check-out by 11:00.
- Special dietary requirements: we regret that we are not able to accommodate anyone with a serious and/or life-threatening nut or food allergy as we cannot guarantee the provenance of every item of food in our kitchen. We are happy to cater for other dietary needs, such as vegetarian diets, but please tell us at the time of booking as we can provide a much more interesting menu with prior notice. (On the subject of allergies, please note there is a resident dog & 2 cats).
- Single occupancy: Single occupancy of a double/twin room will be charged as two persons.
- We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the B & B, or the fabric of the B & B itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement of items that are found to be missing following departure. In these events, your credit card will charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred.
